Where do I find instructions, documentation, or information about the system?
Documentation can be found HERE for the latest software (Combo 1.0) or HERE for the previous version (Recognized 2.3f). To determine what version you have, open the Sport/Recognized program and reference the number in the title bar, top left of the window.

My system won’t connect to the computer even though all the boxes are powered and the connections look correct?
1. Check that your local IP address is set to 192.168.176.10 (Subnet 255.255.255.0). If you are unsure how, HERE is a link to help.
2. Check if there is a firewall blocking communications. HERE is a link to help. The list is alphabetical and should have Poomsae Pro listed.
3. Is Windows up to date? Windows will disable network connections if not up to date. If it’s been a few months since last used, try Windows update.
4. Double check is that the judge boxes are compatible with the computer software version. The current box version is 4.0b, and should work with Poomsae Pro Recognized v2.0 and up as well as Poomsae Pro Combo V1.0 and up. Press and hold the two send buttons while pressing the lower red button. This will reset the box, release the buttons and at that point it will come up again and show the box revision number.
